My meditation this morning was centered around the word “love”. My day has been pretty crazy in school and I struggled to think about what to write. I could easily write about the crazies or I can hang on to a special word of “love”.
Love is complicated,
Something you learn from and grow
It can be a wide open space
Without limitations
Love is positive energy
That you share with those around you
It is warm and inviting,
And sits quiet in your mind
Love is feeling safe and secure
With people you love
Feeling supported
Through all peaks and valleys of life
Love is trust, patience and kindness
In the small everyday moments
That somehow means the most
It feels special
Seeking open space
